Civil Engineers: Perform planning and design of infrastructure for
ecologically sensitive water systems, channels and urban storm water;
participate in field reconnaissance and surveys related to investigation and
feasibility studies; prepare computer models, engineering drawings and
technical reports; work on computer modeling and design tools such as
HEC-RAS, HEC-1, SMS and SRH-2D.

Minimum Education: Master of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering.

Minimum Experience: None.

Other special requirements: Must be licensed Civil Engineer in California.

Must be proficient in: HEC-RAS, HEC-1, SMS and SRH-2D.
