The last 17 years with cbec have been an incredible experience, and I am grateful to have been a part of this adventure. We have built an amazing team that produces brilliant work while maintaining an effective and collaborative community within cbec. Our team members are the beating heart of cbec. I see nothing changing in the future in that regard.

We are extremely grateful to our colleagues and clients for the trust you have placed in us for over 17 years. I am beyond excited about what will come next. We will continue to build on the foundation and principles we have established since our inception. Our merging with Verdantas will only enhance what we can do, and we are confident that we have chosen the best partner for the next chapter in our evolution.

This strategic partnership brings together cbec’s strengths and capabilities with those of more than 1,500 environmental scientists, engineers, and technical experts at Verdantas across more than 60 offices throughout the United States. Our collaboration expands the services we can offer our clients, from field data collection and desktop analysis, to project implementation. This partnership provides enhanced capabilities in civil engineering, land surveying, environmental assessment and remediation, hydraulics, field data acquisition, fish passage and protection, and geotechnical engineering. Our technical synergies and combined expertise allow us to tackle a broader array of projects.

Verdantas brings the same passion, beliefs, vision, energy, enthusiasm, and ambition that cbec was founded upon. Our commitment to our staff, colleagues, and clients will never change.
