Spirits were high last night at the 2021 ACEC California Engineering Excellence Awards, where the Southport Levee Improvement Project team received the water resources category Honor Award. cbec worked with a talented team, which included WSAFCA, HDR, GEI, LWA, Blackburn, MBK, ICF, DWR and others, on this multi-objective flood control and habitat restoration project. It was truly an honor to be among so many talented firms and individuals in attendance. Congratulations to ACEC for a fantastically well organized virtual awards ceremony.
