Jeremy Williamson has over 20 years of experience working on water quality issues, aquatic habitat assessment and enhancement projects, and watershed management plans within the Upper Midwest. He has coauthored 25+ comprehensive watershed management plans and is adept at working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to develop unique solutions. Jeremy is proficient in wetland delineations, field data collection, stakeholder facilitation, water quality modeling, designing and installing best management practices (BMPs), and data analysis in GIS and R. He has extensive aquatic botanical and invertebrate knowledge to assist with aquatic plant assessment and aquatic invasive species management. Jeremy has contributed to limnological studies of over 35 lakes and their tributaries utilizing stable isotopes, deployed sensors, and multi-proxy sediment cores. Jeremy enjoys utilizing his diverse skill set and working on interdisciplinary teams of local, state, tribal, and federal government agencies, NGOs, citizen groups, private companies, and university partners. He uses his technical skills to acquire and administer grants to implement projects, and is a skilled facilitator with stakeholders for ecological, water quality, and watershed management projects.
