Megan Casey BS
Ecohydrologist I
As an ecohydrologist at cbec, Megan supports hydrological and hydraulic modeling efforts on a range of restoration projects. At Indiana’s Purdue University, Megan earned her bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, with a focus in Environmental and Natural Resources Engineering. During her internship at the Indiana Department of Environmental Management she honed her passion for ecological engineering through biological surveys of streams across the state, and developed her field skills with habitat quality, water quality, fish and macroinvertebrate population assessments, and performed fish population sampling via electrofishing. Her software experience includes HEC-RAS, ArcGIS, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MATLAB. Outside of work, Megan can be found trail running or putting her Creative Writing education to work with her short stories.
